Tennessee smog question.

Alrighty, I have a few questions about smogging a car around Nashville hope somebody can help.

First off where I live now you do not have to smog, I hate the thought of having to do so!

I have a 94 Lincoln it's OBD1, what do they check? I need both interior air bags, fix the oil leak and maybe a front main seal on the transmission would that make me fail?

Another car is a 97 Mountaineer need to get the cel read so I can get it fixed.

Now a 2002, that needs drivers side air bag, abs light is on and the cel is also on.

On the Lincoln and 2002, I'll make sure the plates are good for another year if we move over there, or is there a county that you don't have to do this crap over that way??
